Barchio Home Services provides a wide range of services to people who have just bought their homes in Le Marche, Italy. Primarily we provide post purchase assistance, which is when many home buyers need help to negotiate the complicated red tape of the Italian system.

Most estate agents assist the buyers up to the completion day (the rogito) but then their work is completed. This is the point where we come in with our experience and extensive knowledge.

To date, we have helped a number of clients to get utilities connected, have telephones/internet installed, to pay their house tax, find reliable building services and even to obtain a mortgage for renovation purposes.
